So, I’m taking a trip to Arizona, very soon. I’m super excited. I’ve never been to Arizona.
Today, I was doing research on what you can bring in a carry-on, how early we should get to the airport, and even whether or not an underwire bra would set off the metal detectors. I found no definitive answer to that last question, either. I hate setting off alarms, so it’s a pretty important question, really!
I ended up printing a lot of pages of stuff about what you can bring on the plane, carry-on weight and size, and prohibited items… I printed our itinerary and receipts for our tickets and car rental and hotel stay… It’s a lot of papers. So, I decided to make a book for them.
If any other papers or maps need added, I’ll probably cut the strings and re-sew.
And, now, I’m going to sleep. I feel like I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in a while… and I’m guessing tonight won’t be too peaceful, either.

Hi Elise...I haven't been on here in a while either. I've been working on my novel for quite a while and it seems it's growing to be a bigger project, not a smaller one! I've written almost 77,000 words now!I just wanted to say that I've been to AZ and live in NM. AZ is much hotter and (trust me)if you're going to be outside much, you should have a hat to protect you from the sun. I was there once when it was 120 degrees. I drove there once by myself out I-40. Took about 7 hours and was a wonderful drive. Beautiful scenery. It's a nice place to visit though and I hope you enjoy your trip. And BTW, I've worn an underwire bra many times while traveling and never set off any alarms. :O)

I actually went to Arizona already.... ummm, two weeks ago today, I think. I'll have to post a blog about it soon.
I've actually been slacking on my book making project due to everything happening in my life right now, so I'll have to post about that too!
I can't believe it's been almost a month since I posted last. I really need to correct that.
